If we agree that there is a problem we will gladly accept your return of any saddlery, tack, and other leather products sold in the BETHEL SADDLERY Online Shop within 60 days of shipment for exchange or repair. After discussion with you, if we agree to have the products returned we will also reimburse you for the return shipping costs
Please note that leather is a natural product and variations do occur both on the surface and on the flesh side. Normal variations in leather inherent to the qualities of the leather are not considered manufacturing or quality defects, but rather are a signal of the genuine, natural, and high-quality material we use.

A question that we get asked a lot is 'How long does it take to get a saddle custom made to order?' The answer is that it depends on several factors such as:
Every good cuctom saddle maker is going to have awaiting time for their saddles. Our advice is to choose your saddle maker wisely and then be patient because they will be doing everything within their ability to get your saddle made in a timely manner.
At present (2017) we are around 18 months behind on custom orders with a turnaround time of less than 6 months for our exccellent Horseshoe B Saddlery saddles.
Because of the waiting time the deposit required to secure your place on our waiting list is relatively small and please note once you have secured your position on our waiting list should the opportunity arise (and it does from time to time) to get your saddle made ealier you can rest assured we will do that for you.
Once you have worked out with us the details of the saddle you require we will invoice you for a non-refundable deposit of $550.00 inc. GST. The deposit will do two things; firstly it will secure your order and position in the queue and secondly, as soon as we receive the deposit it will 'set your price in stone'
Our preferred method of payment is by bank transfer which seems to work well with the majority of our customers. We do however accept credit card payment but we reserve the right to pass on the bank credit card should we feel it necessary.
We will contact you prior to starting the saddle to confirm the order details in case there are some changes required. Full payment of the balance is required before we ship the saddle - we will email you a photo of the saddles once it is completed.
